In this exhibition talk in the exhibition “With Legs Wide Open“, curators Ernestine Pastorello and Rori Dior present the results of their research into the intersections of Germany’s sordid witch trial history and sex work. They show how this tragedy reverberates into the present day, with implications for abortion policy and restrictions on reproductive and sexual freedom.
