The workshop aims to show the diversity of HIV as a social phenomenon through personal exchange as well as to create space for critical discussions about political and social issues, medical discourses, create agency and deal with stereotypes, which are often associated with HIV and may contribute to stigmatisation and discrimination of different groups.
