Stencil Workshop: Discover Queer-feminist Hi/Stories in Berlin’s Archives

5. May 2024 12:00

May 05, 12-6pm at the Spinnboden Lesbian Archive: Stencil graffiti and hotfix rhinestones on textiles/paper/street as symbols of queer-feminist movements. Meeting point: Spinnboden, Anklamer Straße 38, 10115 Berlin, 2nd backyard outside

After a short guided tour through the archive, we will introduce you to various symbols from queer-feminist movements. With the support of the artist Mary, you can then use stencil graffiti or hotfix rhinestones to apply or spray symbols onto textiles, paper and the streets in the area and produce material for the queer revolution.

If you have any questions, please write to us at: beratung@spinnboden.de or via Instagram

Registration is not necessary. There will be a zine workshop the day before, which we would also like to invite you to. You can attend just one day or both days. There will be snacks and drinks on site. For the workshop at Spinnboden you are welcome to bring T-shirts or textiles or paper that you want to print/spray.
