Of course, Schwules Museum participates in the Queer History Month activities for Berlin. This year, QHM is celebrated in May for the first time, instead of February. It’s about education projects that create awareness for sexual and gender diversity and help fight discrimination.
We offer two special events for QHM: a symposium on the history of the women*’s movement, and a guided tour of our archive which contains many queer treasures. Treasures that usually remain hidded from public view.
On 16 May we open our boxes and files, and show you what there is in our archive.
No advance registration necessary. Just be there at 5 pm.
Tickets 7,50 Euro / 4 Euro.
