The villages of Brandenburg host Pride parades, while couples lock lips in fields between the cabbages and turnips, queens sashay down the farm tracks in high heels, queers genderbend farming fields and the rest area behind the highway is a prime cruising spot.

Queer life in the countryside has always existed, and this year the Scwhules Museum is celebrating it with an exhibition. Come to the opening of Cruising the Countryside – Queer Rural Lives and enjoy barn vibes and mountain blues with us and a glass of champagne.
