A film screening showing seven events in their exciting twilight – the enthusiasm of the first kisses – boisterous dancing with a diverse cultural, film and video program. There was a crackle in the atmosphere, as if an erotic storm was rolling in. In Russia, lesbians are called “pink” and gay people “light blue”.

As part of the program for the exhibition “SEX IM ALTER: Homage for Mahide Lein’s 69th Birthday” curated by Wolfgang Theis – one of the founders of the Schwules Museum. The exhibition is a part of the year long curatorial intervention Year of the Women, sponsored by the Berlin Senate for Culture and Europe.
