This workshop is about the positive appropriation of one’s own sexuality. BDSM and kink offer many opportunities for empowerment. Consens and negotiation are central modes of action and strategies here. The focus of the workshop is on the needs of those affected by sexualized violence, but everyone who wants to positively appropriate their own sexuality is invited.
In a small group, we would like to share experiences of positive appropriation through BDSM and kink. Central questions such as these will be discussed in small groups and in plenary: What is BDSM? How can you create consens? How can you negotiate your own needs and boundaries? What are my needs and how do I express them? And what do I want to experience in my sexuality so that I can (re)appropriate it positively?
We would like to ask all participants to pay attention to their own (psychological) boundaries and those of others. We want to create a space together that feels as safe as possible for all of us to exchange ideas and offer each other strength. We speak from a BDSM practicing perspective ourselves. We cannot offer counseling or psychological support.
The workshop will take place in German spoken language.
For 12 participants of all genders and sexual orientations, aged 18 and over.
