Since 2010, Berlin based Ming Wong and Aykan Safoglu have deepened their artistic friendship and creative collaboration as they travelled together from Kreuzberg 36 to the backstreets of Istanbul, reflecting on the echo of bygone “gazino” night-clubs and the after-image of abandoned cinemas.
