Marit Östberg, a feminist activist, journalist and filmmaker, lives in Berlin and comes from Stockholm. She is a feminist activist, journalist and filmmaker. Since making her debut as a porn-film director, Marit Östberg has continued to produce queerfeminist porn. Her films have been shown and discussed at various festivals around the world. Sisterhood is based on interviews with the people that recur in Östbergs queer porn films, both behind and in front of the camera. In Sisterhood the participants discuss what it means for them to take part in porn film productions and in what ways this medium can be used as an important feminist and activist strategy.

The exhibition project Trans*_Homo will operate within the interface between Trans* identity and homosexuality. International artworks from Trans* perspectives will enter into dialogue with historical and activist documents, shedding light on Trans* identities and how they both relate to and conflict with the gay and lesbian scenes. The artworks will be complemented by texts and objects which will provide a historical context on discrimination in legislature and sexology.
